Shipping:
  • Shipping is calculated at checkout or FREE on orders over $99 in the US only.
  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days.
  • FREE local pickup is available.

Returns and Exchanges:

Returns: Two Dreams Boutique will be happy to accept merchandise for returns in the form of online or in-store credit only.  (No refunds will be issued) Customer is responsible for shipping cost to return item. Your item must be returned in the original condition (see Returns Condition) and postmarked within 14 calendar days of when you received your shipment.  An online credit code will be emailed to you upon receipt and approval of the return for the purchase price of your item. A receipt is required for all returns.  Original shipping costs will not be refunded on returns.  Online credit never expires. 

Exchanges: Two Dreams has limited quantities of each style so we cannot guarantee an exchange for the same item.  If the style is out of stock, you will be issued an online credit code for the amount of your item(s).  A receipt is required for all exchanges.  Return shipping cost on exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.  Online credit never expires. 

Returns Condition:  Two Dreams will not accept returns or exchanges on any item(s) that smell of cigarette smoke, has pet hair on it, has been laundered, appears to be worn, or is without the original tags.  The rejected items will be shipped back at the customers expense.  We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us.   Returns and exchanges should be addressed to:

Damaged/defective items: If you receive an item that has been damaged, please follow these steps within 3 days of receiving your item(s)

  1. Email us at twodreams@santel.net with a description of the problem
  2. Please take a photo of the damaged item(s) and attach the photo to your email. The photo must include the tag still attached to the item(s).   No exceptions!
  3. Please indicate on the subject line “damaged item”

If Two Dreams does not receive notification that you have received a damaged item within 3 days, the return will be rejected and you will be responsible for shipping costs.  No exceptions.
